Japanese car manufacturing companies have used operations management very efficiently for the last few decades. The different methods of operation management have been invented by Japanese automakers. One such method is the Just-In-Time method of production that is invented by Toyota. Toyota used this method in its production and inventory management to increase its inventory turnover that would effectively reduce the operating costs and the waste in the production.
